1. Study
The School provides remote educational services in accordance with the selected course and plan.
The programme, duration, price and scope of services are specified on lomonosov.school, at checkout or on lk.lomonosov.school.
Learning may include:
- live classes and class recordings;
- video lessons and learning materials;
- homework and assignment reviews;
- mock exams;
- consultations and support.
The exact scope of services depends on the selected course and plan.
2. Provision of services
The School undertakes to deliver the selected course and plan in full. A class is considered delivered once it has been held in accordance with the schedule.
A material is considered provided once access is opened on the platform or it is sent to the student by another agreed method.
A student’s failure to attend a class, view materials or complete assignments for reasons beyond the School’s control does not mean that the relevant service was not provided.
3. Organisation of learning
The School organises the educational process independently.
The schedule, teacher or format of an individual class may change, provided this does not substantially reduce the scope or quality of the paid tuition.
The School may engage teachers, curriculum specialists and other professionals to deliver learning.
4. Learning outcomes
The School is responsible for the quality and scope of the educational services provided.
Learning outcomes also depend on the student’s participation, completed assignments, independent study and other individual circumstances.
The School therefore does not guarantee a specific exam score, grade, admission to an educational institution or any other individual outcome.
5. Payment
The price and payment terms are determined at checkout.
Payment may be made in full, in instalments or for individual periods of study.
For periodic payments, access is provided for the paid period.
If the next payment is not made on time, the School may suspend further services until payment is received.
5.1. Payments to the School are accepted and processed with the involvement of third-party payment intermediaries: ParserPay (parserpay.io) and LavaTop (lava.top), as well as banks and payment providers involved in the selected payment method. The specific service and available payment methods are displayed at checkout or on the payment page.
5.2. Payment intermediaries facilitate settlements within their functions and rules. Their involvement does not replace the School as the educational service provider or release it from its obligations to the customer under this offer. Details of the payment recipient and settlement participants may appear on the payment page, transaction confirmation or bank statement.
5.3. For questions about debits, payment status, duplicate payments or technical failures, the customer may contact the School at info@lomonosov.school, providing the order number, date, amount and payment ID if available. The School reviews the enquiry and works with the relevant intermediary where necessary. Customers may also contact the payment service’s support using the details on its official website or payment page. Do not send full card details, CVC/CVV or verification codes.
6. Refunds
Withdrawal from study, termination of the contract and refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
The Policy forms part of this contract and is subject to mandatory requirements of applicable law.
6.1. Requests to withdraw from study and obtain a refund must be sent to the School at info@lomonosov.school. The School reviews the request, determines the grounds and refund amount under the Refund Policy and mandatory applicable law, and fulfils its refund obligation. The transfer may be processed through ParserPay, LavaTop, the relevant bank or payment provider, depending on the original payment method.
6.2. Card transaction disputes (chargebacks) are handled by the bank and payment system participants under applicable rules. The customer may contact their card-issuing bank; the School provides the necessary payment and service information during the dispute review. Intermediary and bank procedures do not override mandatory consumer rights or release the School from its legal obligations.
7. Access and learning materials
Access is provided to an individual student for personal use.
Without the School’s permission, you may not share access, distribute learning materials, publish class recordings or use the School’s materials to create your own educational products.
Exclusive rights to learning materials belong to the School or the relevant rights holders. In the event of a material breach of these rules, the School may restrict access to materials within the limits of applicable law.
8. Liability
Each party is responsible for fulfilling its obligations under this offer and applicable law.
The School is not responsible for inability to study caused by circumstances on the student’s side, such as lack of a suitable device or internet access, lost login details or other circumstances beyond the School’s control.
If a problem originates with the School, we take reasonable steps to restore access or deliver the relevant service by another means.
9. Enquiries and disputes
Students or customers with a complaint about services may submit it to the School.
We consider enquiries in good faith and aim to resolve disagreements without going to court.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under applicable law.
This contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
10. Final provisions
The School may update this offer.
A new version applies to relationships arising after its publication unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the School.
