Important tax deduction information
The certificate covers the calendar year in which payment was made, not the academic year. If you paid in different calendar years, submit a separate request for each.
For expenses from 2024 onwards, the Russian Federal Tax Service provides for a certificate of payment for educational services using form KND 1151158. Eligibility depends on the taxpayer’s circumstances; a certificate does not guarantee a tax refund.
