Refund Policy
This Policy sets out how to withdraw from study and obtain a refund at Lomonosov School.
This Policy forms part of the Public Offer.

1. Right to withdraw
You may withdraw from further study in the cases and manner provided for by applicable law and this Policy.
2. If learning has already begun
When study ends, we determine which paid services have already been provided and which have not.
Services already provided include, in particular:
- classes held;
- video lessons and learning materials made available;
- assignments and mock exams made available;
- completed assignment reviews;
- consultations and support provided.
If a service has been properly provided, a student’s failure to use it does not in itself mean that it was not delivered.
3. How refunds are calculated
Where the law permits services already delivered to be taken into account, the refund is calculated as follows:
amount paid − cost of services actually provided = refund amount.
If a course is divided into separate periods or modules, the delivered portion is valued by the relevant periods or modules.
If no separate price was set in advance, the cost is determined in proportion to the price and scope of the course.
Undelivered tuition is accounted for in the refund calculation under applicable law.
4. If a service is not provided properly
If the School has not provided a service specified in the programme or has provided it improperly, we review the enquiry separately.
This Policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
5. How to withdraw
Send the School a clear message stating that you wish to withdraw from further study.
To help us locate your payment, please include:
- the student’s name;
- the purchased course;
- contact details;
- the payment date or other payment information.
We will acknowledge your request and calculate the refund amount.
Refunds are made in the manner and within the time limits set by applicable law.
