In the 2025/26 academic year, the company faced a cash-flow shortfall, loss of traffic sources and operational management mistakes. Despite these difficulties, we completed students’ exam preparation and fulfilled our obligations to them and their parents.
However, some payments to contractors who reviewed written work and created educational content and social media materials remain outstanding. I accept responsibility for these obligations.
I, individual entrepreneur Andrey Sergeyevich Klyuchnikov, guarantee full repayment of the remaining obligations listed in the register. Net profit from Lomonosov School’s activities will be prioritised towards settling them.
Guarantee letters were sent in March 2026, and amounts due were agreed in August. This page lets you request reconciliation, review documents and track changes to the register.
In disagreements, I rely on documents and verified facts. I will protect my reputation and rights, and those of my family, through lawful means. Personal documents, correspondence and reconciliation materials are not published automatically.
